You may need an update for flash or to reinstall it. The chat room uses flash, can you get into that?

Flash is available at www.adobe.com
The Java site is www.java.com

As well as settings in your browser, it might be a firewall or some anti-spyware setting that is blocking access to the u-tube videos. Try temporarily disabling the firewall or other real time shield. It is also possible at some stage, one of these applications might have asked; "Do you want to allow or block this application". If you blocked it, it might explain why you can't get access to the videos.

I see from the forum logs that are using Internet Explorer 7. To reset settings, go into Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab and click on Reset button. This gives you a few options. Most likely the best one to do is Reset browser settings. This will restore the browser to its default state.
